Mark your calendars for October 30, 2024 (1pm PST) for a free virtual screening and discussion of “Falling Through the Cracks: Greg’s Story” with Greg’s family.  A special virtual event during this year’s Canada Patient Safety Week!

Part one of this event offers a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation about patient safety and care, inspired by the true story of Greg Price.  A great opportunity for health care providers, educators, students and others from across the health care continuum to engage in conversation about person’s receiving care (patients).

Part two of this event focuses on the learnings of the team facilitating this event and is a great opportunity for educators and health science practice partners to learn together.
